We start with a Deep Diagnostic Session together to identify the specific inherited filters and nervous system patterns that shape your decisions, relationships, health, and performance.
The fee for this is £450 and is credited against any full individual programme.
The work moves across four territories. The diagnostic determines which ones are relevant and in what depth.
The Body physical symptoms, chronic tension, pain, energy, sleep, somatic protection patterns. The body is the most honest diagnostic layer. It carries the pattern as faithfully as the mind does, often more so.
The Mind inherited filters, cognitive patterns, the inner voice that questions your authority, the belief system running beneath conscious thought. The filter you have been looking through without being able to see it.
Identity and Relationships who you are outside of role and performance. How the pattern shapes your closest relationships with your partner, children, family. The gap between the self you perform and the self you actually are.
The Professional leadership pattern, organisational impact, how the filter cascades into your work, your team, and the invisible ceiling you keep reaching. What becomes possible when the pattern is dissolved rather than managed.

A group programme · Eight weeks · Maximum eight participants
Transformation deepens when it is witnessed.
The Core Truths Immersion brings together a small, carefully held group of founders, leaders, and professionals who have invested seriously in their own development, and sense that something essential has not yet been reached.
This is not group coaching. Each person works with the Core Truths System to uncover the specific perceptual patterns shaping their life and decisions. Within the group, these discoveries are explored collectively, creating a powerful mirror. Your growth illuminates theirs. Theirs refines yours.
What makes this different: before the first session, every participant receives a personalised assessment. Nicole reads every response and adjusts the programme content to reflect what is actually present in this group. You will feel the personalisation from the first session.
Eight weekly sessions. Somatic practice, guided inquiry, and the specific lens of your inherited filters. A Companion Workbook that holds the arc of the eight weeks. Between-session support that responds to you specifically — not the group generically.

It creates an unhurried, private space in which the patterns shaping your identity, relationships, and sense of meaning can be examined without agenda or performance.

Coaching works at the behavioural and strategic level. Therapy works at the physical or emotional and psychological level. Both are valuable and both work above the level where the deepest patterns live.

It's a fair question, and the most honest answer is: because we work at a different level.
The approaches that haven't worked were not wrong, they were working at the symptom level. The behaviour, the belief, the mindset. The Core Truths System goes beneath all of those, to the nervous system patterns and inherited perceptual filters that shape them.

Yes, and it does, consistently. My most dramatic client result was a complete resolution of years of chronic hip pain and this happened entirely online.
The work isn't primarily physical in the hands-on sense. It's perceptual. and pattern based. And perception is accessible wherever you are.

It varies. Some clients notice shifts within the first two or three sessions, often in places they weren't expecting. The longer containers are structured around the time it typically takes to work through multiple layers of pattern, not because change is slow, but because integration takes time.
