Where your body is finally understood
For more than twenty-five years, my work has centred around understanding how people adapt to the demands placed upon them.
Early in my career I worked in elite sports and high achievers. I became fascinated by how the body responds to pressure, injury, performance and stress and how quickly it develops patterns to keep us functioning.
Over time I began to notice that many of the same patterns appear far beyond sport.
Women who are capable, responsible and caring for others often carry similar adaptations in their bodies. A tension in the neck and shoulders, shallow breathing, a nervous system that rarely fully settles.
My Story
Alongside my work exploring patterns of perception and identity through the Core Truths System, it became increasingly clear that the body holds its own story of how we have lived.
Still Body Studio has grown from that realisation.
It offers a place where the body itself can be carefully observed and supported, allowing the patterns that developed through years of responsibility and stress to gradually soften.
More and more women are recognising that the body they live in deserves the same attention and understanding they give to every other part of their lives.
Still Body Studio is simply a place where that attention can finally be given.

FAQs
-
Patterns in the body develop gradually through years of movement, responsibility and stress. They rarely change through occasional treatment alone.
Membership allows the work to unfold steadily over time, supporting the body to soften and rebalance in a more lasting way.
-
No. All clients begin with a Body Intelligence Session, which allows us to explore how your body has adapted over time.
After the first session we can discuss whether ongoing care through membership would be supportive for you.
-
During the Body Intelligence Session we will explore how your body is currently organising itself and what level of support may be helpful.
Some people benefit from monthly care, while others find more regular sessions allow deeper patterns to unwind.
-
Yes. Membership begins with a three month commitment, allowing enough time for the body to begin responding to the work.
After this initial period, membership can continue on a monthly basis.
-
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice, and every effort will be made to find another suitable time within the month.
-
ItemBecause membership places are limited and time is reserved specifically for members, sessions are generally intended to be used within the month they are scheduled.
However, occasional flexibility can be discussed and accommodated where possible.
-
Still Body Studio intentionally works with a small number of clients so that the work remains thoughtful and unhurried.
This allows each person to receive careful attention and continuity of care.
-
Short pauses can sometimes be arranged for travel or unforeseen circumstances. These can be discussed individually so that continuity of care is maintained where possible.
-
Comfortable clothing is helpful, particularly for the initial Body Intelligence Session where we may explore posture and simple movements.
You will always remain appropriately draped during hands on work.
-
Many people feel this way initially.
The Body Intelligence Session offers a gentle way to understand how your body is organising itself. From there we can explore what level of support may feel appropriate, without any obligation to continue.
