The Living Question Evening
What to Expect
A monthly gathering for people who believe that the most important questions in life are not answered once, but lived over time.
❋ Intentional StructureEvery element of the evening has a purpose. From the moment you arrive to the closing reflection, the experience is carefully designed to create the conditions for meaningful insight. Rather than following a traditional workshop format, each gathering moves through moments of reflection, conversation and embodied practice, allowing understanding to unfold naturally rather than be imposed.
❋ Collaborative EnergyWhile each person’s journey is unique, there is something profoundly reassuring about discovering the questions we carry are deeply human. Through thoughtful conversation and shared reflection, participants contribute to a collective exploration where listening is valued as highly as speaking. Together, we create a space where new perspectives emerge through genuine connection rather than debate.
❋ Expert FacilitationDrawing on more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, leadership, organisational wellbeing and human development, Nicole gently guides each evening with depth, curiosity and care. Rather than offering advice or ready made answers, she creates the conditions for participants to explore their own thinking, uncover hidden assumptions and develop a richer understanding of themselves and the world around them.
❋ A Supportive SpaceThe Living Question Evening is built on the understanding that meaningful reflection requires psychological safety. There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable, no pressure to have all the answers and no need to perform. Whether you choose to contribute, listen or simply reflect quietly, you will be welcomed into a respectful environment where curiosity, compassion and thoughtful dialogue are encouraged.
Every month we gather around one living question, not to solve it, but to discover how it begins to transform the way we see, think and live.
Arrive & Remember
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here. A chance to transition from the pace of everyday life into a more reflective space,

Why…
I created the Core Truths System because, after decades of working across healthcare, leadership, sport and organisational wellbeing, I realised that most change efforts begin in the wrong place.
We try to improve our behaviours without questioning the assumptions that created them. We search for better strategies while looking through the same lens.
The Core Truths System is an invitation to examine that lens. It helps people recognise the fundamental realities of being human and the hidden beliefs shaping their lives, so that change arises not from trying harder, but from seeing more clearly.
What next?
-
For some, these monthly evenings will be enough.
Others choose to continue through the Practice, an eight week deeper dive into the Core Truths, or private one to one work.
Wherever your journey leads, the Living Question Evening is where many people begin.
-
An Eight Week Guided Journey
Some questions ask to be lived for longer than a single evening.
The Practice is an intimate eight week group experience for those who want to explore the Core Truths more deeply. Together, we will examine the hidden assumptions, patterns and perceptions that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
Through guided inquiry, reflective conversation, embodied practices and shared learning, you will develop the capacity to meet life with greater clarity, presence and intention. This isn’t about becoming someone new; it is about seeing more clearly what has been there all along.
-
A Personal Exploration
For those seeking a more individual journey, one to one practice offers a dedicated space to explore the questions that are uniquely yours.
Together, we will gently uncover the beliefs, patterns and ways of seeing that influence how you navigate life, relationships and work. Drawing on the Core Truths system and over 25 years of experience acreoss healthcare, leadership and human development, each session is tailored to your circumstances, creating space for lasting insight and meaningful change.
This is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about developing the awarebess and capacity to live with greater wisdom, freedom and choice.
